Who am I ?
Lately I have been asked about my business background by European, North American and Latina American companies.
Since my English page in this website is focused in Japanese language, I haven’t share it in English.
So I would like to share today as below.
– My biggest strength –
Ability to understanding of international companies and Japanese companies, communicate with them both and facilitate projects.
Over 10 years, I have worked with Japanese companies on the behave of international companies.
My whole career is specialized in B2B.
Here is the list of companies I have worked before.
This is only partial.

I didn’t list small companies since it would be too long.
If you are not familiar with Japanese companies, this list may not explain you well of my strength.
My strength is confidence with talk with high level management in startup to large corporations and governments.
Since I have worked in IT, Architecture, Entrepreneur, Advertisement, Media and Travel industries, I have broad rage of experiences in various fields.
It means that I have more understanding of each industry.
I am flexible and comfortable to talk with any people regardless of company size and industry.
I believe in the end of the day we are all human beings.
So it is not just B2B but P2P ( person to person).
The one of the reason I am successful to communicate with Japanese companies is I don’t pretend to be someone else but I am always myself.
Sometimes Japanese business men are a bit afraid of me if I tell them that I have graduated from American University. They expect me to be Americanized and super opinionated woman who doesn’t understand Japanese business culture.
However, as soon as I tell them how much country girl I am and I still respect Japanese corporate ethics, they trust me to do business. They are often fearful that non-Japanese people do not understand them.
Japanese corporate culture is very unique.
How to communicate by email and in person and all.
Also, it varies by industries and companies.
Since I have lived abroad ,and worked and helped non-Japanese companies, I also understand the struggles to work with Japanese companies.
At same time, understanding of both side is not enough. You need to be able to communicate them and find a mutual way.
Getting honest thoughts and opinion from Japanese business people require some sort of trust.
If you are struggling business with Japanese companies, you are not only one.
It is complex.
Also, I assist Japanese companies to do business with international companies.
I would love to develop more services to assist both side.
My ultimate goal is make everyone happy by better communication and generating more profits for any companies involved.
